Throughout the Season
- Ensure your team have your match ball ready and correctly inflated for each game.
- Ensure player ID cards for u/12 and up are on hand at each game.
- Inspect opponent’s ID cards.
- Ensure the match sheet is signed and completed correctly for each game.
- Make sure someone is wearing the manager’s vest and another supporter is wearing an orange ground control vest at all games.
- Manage team communication.
- Share Team, Club and SSFA information with team as appropriate.
- Coordinate ground control duties.
U6 – U11 Teams
At every game, please ensure the following is performed by you of by your delegate.
Before the game:

- Write in full manager, coach and ground control (person wearing orange vest) on the match sheet for that game.
- Cross out any players not playing
- Note down in the borrowed player section
- borrowed player names in full
- the team they are registered to
During the game:
-
- Manager to wear yellow manager vest
- Parent/relative/supporter to wear orange ground control vest to ensure appropriate behaviour of your team’s spectators.
After the game:

- On the match sheet:
- Check score is entered and correct. If the score isn’t there, note it next to your name/signature.
- Sign the match sheet
- On the match sheet:
U12 – U18 Teams
